In the event that work is postponed or cancelled at the request of the Client, Logomotion Design Studio shall have the right to bill for work completed through the date of that request which exceeds the 50% percent advance payment of the client. The Client will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
A $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled orders. Services rendered will be payable within seven days of the Client's notification to postpone or cancel work. Logomotion Design Studio shall own all rights in the Designs.
Overdue payments shall be subject to interest charges of 15% percent monthly.
Please refer to the Terms & Conditions. Upon receipt of advance payment, the Client hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Project Confirmation Agreement.
